We are now set for the HISD District Championships.

We are only allowed four swimmers per individual event.  This means that some of you will not be able to swim your favorite stroke and some will only be able to swim one individual event.  Rest assured I have spent hours trying to place people in the best spot for them and for the team.  

The main focus is to have fun and Pershing swimmers are famous for swimming hard and having fun while they do it.

We will all leave from the school at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 2nd.  We will meet at the Pershing Natatorium at 3:45 PM.  We will take temperatures, ensure we have our events written down, and that we have all our gear packed.

I have athlete report cards, from our last meet at Lamar HS, printed and ready for athletes Monday.  Please stop by and see me to get yours.  I am available from 8:15 before school and after school til 4:00.  If anyone can stop buy during class I'm happy to get you yours then.
