I am attaching the Heat Sheets for the meet tomorrow.  Please look for your athlete and make sure they write their Event, Heat, Lane on their arm for the meet tomorrow.  I would like them to do this before they go to school tomorrow morning.  Before the meet I want them to be relaxed and focused, not trying to figure out what they are swimming and when.

Tuesday 3/2/21

3:45 PM - Students will be called from class to the Natatorium to prepare for the meet.

Athletes will have temperatures taken, ensure they have their suit, cap, goggles, and towel.

Students will then load the busses. We will have two to ensure social distancing of the athletes.  Mask will be worn at all times.

4:25 PM - Students will arrive at Lamar HS and settle in.

4:30 - 5:30 PM - Students will warm-up

5:30 - 7:30 PM - Students will compete in the meet

7:15 PM - Parents must be at Lamar HS prepared to pick up their children. 

I will have bananas, snacks, granola bars, and water.  Thank you to all the parents who have supported our team.
