As of 11:45 AM today our door is fixed!

Unfortunately, we are not out of the woods just yet.  I have contacted the city to get the inspector back out.  I am now waiting for them to return my call.  They will let us know when they can come back out to inspect us again.  

In our Swim Gym Classes we are on our PE unit.  Every year after HISD Swimming District Championships we give the kids a break from swimming to go outside and play.  

We will return to Water Volleyball and then Water Polo before getting back to swimming.  We end the year like we start working on strokes, starts, and turns in an effort to get kids ready who would like to swim High School and/or Summer Swim Leagues.

On The Horizon: 

April 21 - Pershing Fun Meet 6th,7th,8th grades

May 21 - Swimming Clinic for 5th/6th Graders (2 Weeks)

May 21 - Tryouts for 21-22 season - All swimmers must tryout

Jun 21 - Physicals due for all swimming 21-22 season (Physicals must be dated June 2021 - Aug 2021 to ensure coverage of the full 21-22 school year) Students must have their physical turned in before they are allowed to swim.
