Pershing Aquatics (6th, 7th, and 8th),

I have added a tab on the website, www.waterpandas.swimtopia.com, for required forms.  (Top of any page / far right)

Please, take the time to fill out all of these required forms and get them to me before the year is out.  All forms must be dated Jun 1st - Aug 24.  

If you are having your physical done after Jun 11th you can drop to the school and have them place it in my mail box or bring to me the first day of school.  If you can get it to me before the year is out, that is preferred.  I am hoping to have all paperwork submitted by the end of the year so we can start swimming beginning the second day of school.  Athletes will not be able to swim until ALL paperwork is complete.  

Know that paperwork takes massive amounts of time and we have approximately 90 swimmers who must be cleared.  Getting the paperwork in, checked, cleared, and submitted to the district takes time and I don't want anyone having to sit in regular PE while paperwork is being processed.
