If you would like to get a physical before your annual doctor's physical consider Bellaire ER.  https://bellaireer.com/ They are a friend of Pershing offering free physicals on a drop in bases.  All you need to do is show your Pershing ID.  If you show an elementary ID with any Pershing paperwork they should accept that too.
