Swim Parents,

Good morning :)

I was just provided training on Register My Athlete.  I think it will be a really good thing moving forward, however, this year could have some snags.  Please, make sure to complete all the forms on Register My Athlete.  We need everything completed prior to the first day of school to ensure swimmers can enter the water on the second day of school.  

Most of you have already started the process.  Thank you!  In the training they said you could photograph your forms and upload them that way.  However, scanning them is preferred.  You are welcome to come up to school today before 4:00.  I would be happy to scan them for you and answer any questions.  

Please, fill out all forms on the UIL website and start an account.  If you need to wait for a physical that is fine.  Just upload it as the last piece when complete.

Remember, Bellaire ER will do free physicals on a walk-in basis for Pershing MS students.  I just called to confirm.  They will accept incoming 6th graders too!  Just let them know it is for Pershing Athletics for 21-22 school year.
