This is the message I received from HISD Athletics Department.

"Hello Coach,

I have reviewed your paperwork submitted to Butler Stadium and currently show you incomplete with me on medical paperwork.

Needed:

Kai Nelson: Medical history is on an invalid document. Please fill in a 2020 version which can be found on the district's athletic webpage. Please provide a better stamp from the clinic that is legible."
