Swim Parents,

Good afternoon 

6th grade: This message is not for you.  I had to send to all to make sure that everyone got the message.  My apologies.

7th/8th graders: There was problems with parents receiving the last few emails.  I was able to work with Swimtopia to find out why.  This is what I discovered.

I recently asked for students to put their email addresses in the system to ensure everyone would receive team information.  Unfortunately, the way Swimtopia is set up, if a student email is in place the parents don't receive the email.  This doesn't make sense to me, but that is the situation.  Several other teams are requesting this to change but that is were we are right now. 

Therefore, I need all of you to, please, remove your athlete's email addresses.  After doing this you will again receive email from me regarding team matters.  Make sure to periodically check the website for team information and upcoming events.
