Swim Parents,

Here are more details about the end of year celebration.

The date has moved to Saturday, May 21^st from May 28^th to avoid the Memorial Day Weekend. I hope this allows more athletes to attend. I regret any that may not be available that weekend.

All parents are welcome to chaperone. We are unlimited on chaperones, so if you feel uneasy with your child attending this late-night event, please know you are welcome to come with them.

Parents will drop off at Andretti’s at 11:30 PM and pick up at 6:00 AM.

Students are welcome to bring sleeping bags and we will have a designated sleeping area if needed.

Schedule:

11:30pm-12:00am Grand Room Check in: Team will be in the Grand Room until all other guests leave the building.

12:00 AM (Pizza, Chips, Snack Bars, Cookies & Brownies)

1:30am-6:00am Grand Room (Arcade, Laser Tag, Mini-Golf, Virtual Reality, Go-Kart) (Snack Bar Available Chips, Snack Bars, Cookies & Brownies)

5:00am – 6:00am Grand Room (Continental Breakfast to include Assorted Muffins & Danish, Fresh Bagels with Cream Cheese, Butter, Preserves, and Fresh Fruit Display- Orange Juice, Regular & Decaf Coffee, Water, and Hot Tea)

Cost: A $30 dollar fee is needed to cover the cost of the celebration. However, if you are unable to cover this just email me and let me know. Every student will be able to attend.

Payment: Thank you Mrs. Williams for agreeing to accept payment of the celebration fee.

From Mrs. Williams: I would like to help Coach Snook raise money for the remaining balance needed for the lock in on May 28, 2022 in Katy at https://andrettikarting.com/katy .

If each parent donated $30 for their kiddo via Venmo (I also have Paypal and zelle), Coach Snook would have more than enough to ensure that the swim team has an amazing end of year party! You can also sponsor another swimmer just if you are able to do so.

I will be keeping track and sending the details to Coach Snook. Please make sure you make a note in your Venmo transaction of your child’s name. Thank you in advance for going above and beyond this year for the swim team.
