I have a couple of items for you today.

Panda Camp - I need a few helpers for Panda Camp.  I should have quite a few 6th graders trying out this Thursday from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.  I could use a few athletes/parents to help time and wrangle applicants.  If you have the time to pitch in, please, email me at [email protected].

HISD Medical History Form -  Please, remember to have your HISD Physical completed by Aug 22nd and uploaded to www.registermyathlete.com and emailed to [email protected].  Make sure to look out for the following errors that will get the form kicked back.  Almost every HISD Medical History Form I am receiving has one or more of these errors.

• Difficult to read.  (Please type if possible)
• Information not submitted on top of form. (Blank Spaces - All must be filled in)
• A numbered question not answered with a check in the Yes or No box
• Box under question 21 regarding ECG not checked or an ECG must be submitted
• Large box at the bottom right of the page must have a short description of each answer that was marked YES.
• Student signature / Parent Signature / Date must all be completed.

Free Physicals - You may get a free physical from Bellaire ER just mention that your child is an athlete at Pershing MS.  No appointment necessary, No Charge.
