Assistant Coach Puertas was kind enough to create this video to take you through the steps to find your swimmers times.

7/8 Grade swimmers will have there October benchmarks times for every stroke. They should also have there previous season times. If they are new they will also have there October benchmark. 
6th grade swimmers will have there August tryouts and October benchmark. You will be seeing how they have progressed. We have had massive drops across the board including a swimmer who dropped over 40 seconds on her time. Many others have dropped 10 seconds or more. 

I’ve been talking to the students that went to the social. They seemed to like it. I’m already looking forward to our next event.
