Swim Parents,

Good day :)

22-23 Season: We start the Monday we return from the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Practice: Practice is only for 7th & 8th graders.  Practice is every Monday and Tuesday after the Thanksgiving Holiday.  Athletes are to attend the day they do not have swim class.  If they have class Monday they attend Tuesday.  If they have class Tuesday they attend Monday.  Practice continues every M/T through Feb 8th.  If athletes swim for a 6 day a week year-round program they are not required to attend practice.  If you have a conflict on the day you are assigned you should attend the other practice.

Meets: Meets are on every Wednesday from when we return from the Thanksgiving Holiday to Feb 8.  Our meets are listed on the www.waterpandas.swimtopia.com website.  If you have not already done so, please, add them to your calendar so we can avoid conflicts.  

Nov 30 Practice Meet: The Nov 30th Practice meet is for 6th, 7th, & 8th graders.  It runs from 4:00 - 6:00 with a small Pizza Social after.  Students will swim against their peers 6th boys vs 6th boys, etc... Because this is a practice and will be used as a learning tool parents are not invited to this event however they are welcome to come after 6:00 to see the pizza social and can pick-up any time after 6:00.

Fees:  If you have not made payment of the Pershing Aquatics Fees, please, either make payment through www.schoolpay.com or contact me regarding a scholarship.  

Lost & Found:  I have a lost and found area in the pool.  If your child is missing anything, please, have them check with me.  I already have a small, unmarked jacket.  

Name Your Items: Please, take time to write your name on your property.  When anything shows up I will make sure to get it to your child.  When there isn't a name it makes it difficult to get it to the rightful owner.

Lost Bracelet:  One of our swimmers lost a James Avery bracelet yesterday.  If found please bring it to me.  I will make sure it's returned.
