Swim Parents,

Here are the details on the meet Wednesday! 

www.waterpandas.swimtopia.com - Please, go there to see the meet information on this meet and meets to come.  Noticed that the Heat Sheet has been attached to the calendar so you can eaisly find it.  Through the app you should be able to see just your swimmers information too.  Make sure your athlete is able to log on to the website.

Writing Events on Arm - All swimmers are responsible to write their Event, Heat, Lane, and Stroke on their arm the night before the meet.  This will prevent confusion.  We have too many swimmers to have them all trying to write them on their arms right before the meet.  See attached form for instructions on writing events on arms. :)

Practice Meet - The meet is for 6th, 7th, 8th grades and will be from 4:00 - 6:00 in the Pershing Natatorium.  Students are required to come directly to the lockerrooms and change.  They should be in the natatorium changed and ready to get in the water no later than 4:10.  Warm-ups are from 4:05 - 4:20.

Swim Social - The Swim Social will be from 6:00 - 7:00 in the courtyard.  We will have pizza and gatorade.  The kids can just hang out.  Parents are welcome to attend the social and are free to pick up kids any time from 6:00 - 7:00.  Please, ensure you pick up no later than 7:00.

Swim Practice - Practice will be every Monday and Tuesday from 4:00 - 5:30.  All athletes not praticipating in a 5 or more day a week year-round program must attend one.  I will have a sign-in sheet at practice.  If they have swim class that day they should go to the other day.
