Swim Parents,

Good morning:)

Who: 7th & 8th Grade Pershing WaterPandas 

What:  Pershing V Hogg Swim Meet

Where:  Lamar HS - 3325 Westheimer Road

When: Be at Lamar HS by 5:00 PM meet starts at 6:00 PM Should be over by 7:30 PM

Transportation:  Parents are responsible for getting athletes to Lamar and picking them up from Lamar by 7:30 PM

Parking: Park in the garage parking lot, (see attached map), on the second floor if possible.

Parents and Guest Entry:  Parents guest enter on the second floor.  Stay on the second floor and turn right from the stairs.  Take the first left and you will see concessions and the gate.  $5 for adults and $3 for children  

Athletes Entry: Athletes enter on the second floor and go down the stairs.  Turn right from the stairs and go to the end of the hallway.  Pool is at the end on the right.  Be there by 5:00 PM

Equipment:  must have team black suit, googles, team swim cap, (if your cap is lost or ruined replacement caps cost $10)  optional items towel, water bottle.  Cell phones are prohibited during the meet.  (May use them to contact parents with permission from coach.

Heat Sheets:  I will post heat sheets tonight as soon as the meet is finalized.  Heat sheets will be attached to the meet on the www.WaterPandas.swimtopia.com team site like last time.  You will also be able to see your events on the team app.

Meet Results: Results will be attached to the meet on the team website after the meet.

No Shows:  please email me by 4:00 if your child will not be attending the meet tomorrow.  Failure to notify me means other swimmers may not get to swim some events. I am not allowed to substitute once the meet is set
