Swim Parents,

As you know we have a meet Wednesday at Bellaire HS.  Here is what you need to know.

1) Students must arrange transportation to and from the meet.  Busses are not provided like they are for Football and other sports. If your child needs a ride and you can't locate one or you are willing to drop a swimmer at Bellaire, email me and I will put you on an email list with other parents.  Athletes must be at Bellaire NO LATER THAN 4:45 so that they can change and be in the water by 5:00 sharp.

2) What to bring solid black suit, goggles, team swim cap.  You must have all of these to swim. If you have lost your swim cap please stop by and purchase one from me tomorow for $10.  This is a disrict policy so swimmers can be identified.

3) I am assigining all students to the meet.  I have  not heard from anyone that they can't be there.  All meets are Mandatory.  Swimmers who have a good reason to miss a meet must let me know early so I can give their event to another swimmer.  Once I make the meet it is too late to switch swimmers.  If your chlld can't make it please notify me as soon as possible via email.  [email protected] 

4) Swimmers must be picked up, no later than, 7:45 PM.  I'm exausted after a meet too and I have to get home to my family.

I will submit my  roster to  the other coach tonight and have the heat sheets to you by 4:00 tomorrow.  This way you can  have your events written on your arm Tuesday night for the meet Wednesday.
