Meet Times: Arrive: 4:30 - 4:45, Warm-Ups: 4:40 Sharp, Start: 5:30 Sharp, End Approximately 8:45

Heat Sheets: Heat Sheets are attached attached and loaded to the meet in SwimTopia.. 

Transportation: Reminder there is no bus. You need to get your athlete to Lamar HS or arrange for transportation. If you can't figure it out email me and I'll try to find a ride for you to Lamar.

Water: Your athlete should have their water bottle. There are water fountains available at the meet.

Snacks: Please, have your swimmers pack a healthy snack for after school/before the meet. I will not provide snacks for this and future meets. If you would like to get something to eat before the meet just don't overdo it. Keep it light and healthy.

Entrance Fee: Remember to bring a little cash. $5 adults $3 kids. They also have concessions at Lamar.

Parking: Please, park in the garage on the second floor.

Visitor/Family Seating: When entering the stairs on the second floor go straight through the door then turn left. This will bring you to the gate and concessions area. Pay then go through the gate and turn left. Prior to the end of the hall seating will be on the left.

Athlete Entrance: When entering the stairs on the second floor go down the stairs to the first floor. Turn left and go down the hall. The pool will be at the end of the hall on the right.
