8^th Grade Swim Parents,

If you are looking for something for your high school bound, soon to be Freshman to do that will keep them productive while earning a fancy feather for their college and career resume, I’ve got something you should consider.

There is a Sea Scout, Adventure Scout Troop/Ship in our neighborhood that will be holding a recruiting meeting Wednesday, May 3^rd at 7:00 PM.They are located in the Scout House across the street from Bellaire United Methodist Church.The address of the church is 4417 Bellaire Blvd.

Here are a few fun facts about the Ship:

• They have a 35-foot and 45-foot sailboat.
• They have 10 boats.
• They sail and camp often.

My daughter joined this ship last fall and loves it.She just convinced her friend to join as well.
