Swim Parents,

Hope you are all safe and warm.  :)

I need everyone to respond to this email letting me know that your athlete is available for the meet Wednesday.  Westbriar is beatable if we have our full team.  EVERYONE is needed!

I have attached a map to the school.

3:30 Departure:  I have received the ok to pull kids 30 minutes early.  This will ensure we have time to beat the traffic and easily be there by 5:00. 

Gear:  Make sure your athlete has goggles, solid black uniform, and Pershing swim cap.  Water bottle is encouraged.

6:00 - 7:30: The meet is expected to run from 6:00 to approximately 7:30.

Transportation: Transportation is not provided.  However, if you need a ride ask a friend and if you can't find one email me and I'll find you one.  We need everyone.

Entrance Fee: They will be charging $5 to cover the cost of officials.

Concessions: I understand they will have concessions available.  There is a Chick-Fil-A, 5 Guys, and Kroger's by the school.  Just turn right from the school onto Briar Forest.
