Swim Parents,

We have our last regular season meet this Wednesday, Feb 7th at Lamar HS.  There have been some changes so please read this entire email.

Time:  Be there by 5:00 (Don't be late)

Dismissal:  This meet will run longer than the past meets.  We have three teams.  Be ready at 7:30 but it may very well be 8:00.

Volunteers Needed:  We are being required to have a parent in the timers booth.  I need one parent volunteer for the meet.  No experience is necessary.

Volunteer Needed:  I need two parent volunteers for the concession stand.  One from 5:00 - 6:30 and one from 6:30 - 7:30 or when they close down.

Student Volunteers Needed:  We are required to have 5 student volunteers.  If you have an older sibling please allow me to put them to work as timers.  No experience needed.  

Volunteers:  If you can assist, please, reply with your availability.  I need to submit names by Monday night.

Admission:  Adults $3 and Children $2

Concessions:  There will be concessions

It will be crowded with three teams.  Please, leave all personal belongings in your car.  There is no room for it at the natatorium. 

Pandas if we win we will have swept the competition and gone undefeated for the season.  Last stop a victory at HISD Championships!
