Swim Parents,

I have requested but have not been approved for a field trip on April 8th to bus to the total eclipse.  The plan is to bus to Waco and view the eclipse from a field at a middle school in Waco ISD.  As Waco is in the total eclipse path it will provide approximately 4 minutes of total eclipse viewing.  If you would like your child to participate in this field trip, I will need permission slips completed by Wednesday, There will be a fee for the buss, and I will need chaperones. If approval comes we will have to move quickly if you would like your child to participate please respond to this email.

At this time I just am getting an interest survey.  I don't need any form or fee, I just need to know if you want your child to attend and if you can be a chaperone.  Again, this hasn't been approved yet but the deadline is very near.
