Swim Parents,

HISD just dropped a new Medical History and physical form. I apologize to anyone who already filled out the old one.  They will no longer accept the old form.  Follow this link to access the new form.  Type in the Medical History portion to avoid it getting kicked back and print and hand the doctor the physical form.  2024 new HISD Physical Form

We will have physicals available at Pershing next Wednesday, May 22 during last period and after school.  If you would like your child to be pulled from last period respond to this email.  They will need to bring the Medical History portion filled out on the 22nd.

Tryouts: Today, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00 - 5:00

Social: Evelyn Park Wednesday 4:00 - 6:00

End of Year Party: May 24th Splat Zone from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.  Over night lock-in.

Locker Instillation: I will send an email when they arrive.  Working with PTO to order them now.
