Swim Parents,

Hope everyone is well.

Monday: No A/C in the building.  So most of you are staying home.  I haven't heard about tomorrow yet.  Fingers crossed.

End of Year Party: The end of year party was canceled.  I regret this as I have had some great EOY parties.  This is my first EOY Fail.  We will be back bigger and better next year.  I have heard some rumors that a hand full of parents are trying to put something together.  This is a great idea.  I just can't be a part of it.  If you are interested in trying to do something email me back and I'll put you in touch with each other.  Someone mentioned a pool party at Willow or somewhere else. 

Physicals: Physicals are this Wednesday.  They will be held from 3:30 - 5:00 in the main gym.  If you would like to have your child take care of this you must:

1) Complete the Medical History Form attached. 

2) Bring the form to school Wednesday. 

3) Bring $25 cash for the doctor.

4) If you have 8th period we will be able to get physicals in class on Wednesday.

5) If you don't have 8th period just send me an email and I will try to pull your child from their 8th period class so they can get the physical before the end of school and avoid the lines. 

6) If you have an 8th grader they can use this physical in High School.  They can take the physical home with them.

I will scan the document and email it to you so you can upload it to www.registermyathlete.com once they open for next year.

Swim Class:  We are swimming every day, that we have school, so make sure your athlete has their swim suit and gear. 

Swim Class Next Year: Every athlete on my roster this year is automatically in Swim Class next year.  This does take the place of PE or can be taken in addition to taking PE.  Might be an option if you need an elective.
