We have an exciting week in store for you.

1/14 Tuesday - Practice after school from 4:00 - 5:30 

1/15 Wednesday - Meet vs West Briar (Details Below)

1/20 Monday - Practice after school from 4:00 - 5:30

1/21 Tuesday - Practice after school from 4:00 - 5:30

1/22 Wednesday - Meet vs Rogers @ Lamar HS

Meet vs West Briar

Departure: We are getting release from school at 3:30.  

Transportation: Parents need to drive kids to the meet.  If you can't drive there please reach out to a friend.  If still no luck let me know and I'll see if I can find someone.

Arrival: Everyone must be there no later than 5:00.  The trip will take about an hour.  If you plan on having food on the way keep it healthy and try to bring it with you so you don't have to stop on the way.

Warm-Ups: Warm-Ups start at 5:15 sharp ensure you are there in enough time to change and get ready.

Start: The meet will start at 6:00 Sharp.  

End: Anticipated to end around 7:45.  Be prepared to pick up no later than 7:30.

Concessions: There will not be concessions.  Plan to bring Gatorade or water.  Maybe a granola bar or protein bar.

Admission: They are charging $5 to cover cost of officials. Bring cash.

Uniform: All swimmers must have solid black suit.  No team names are permitted on the suits.  All swimmers must have their Pershing Swim Caps.  If you don't have one a replacement may be purchased for $10.  

Map: I have attached a map of the Westside HS Natatorium.  Park in the large red box, parking area.  There should be lots of space.  Walk to the spot marked pool.  It is the only entrance adjacent to the parking lot.

I will sent the heat sheets tonight.  Please, ensure your athlete arrives at school with their events marked on their arm with a sharpie.

I'm excited to see the kids preform.
