Swim Parents,

I hope you all are planning to attend the social after the HISD Championships this weekend.  The social will be at the school after Champs.  The problem is I don't know when Champs will be over.  Warm-ups are at 8:00 and it starts at 9:30 and will likely go to 2:00 - 2:30.  That is a guess.  However, the other HISD division will start at 2:30 so I has to be done by then.  

The social will go till 5:00 and take place on the softball field and maybe the small gym.  I need help.  I want to have a kickball game with baby pool at first, second, third, and home plate.  I'll buy four if I have to but was hoping some of you may be able to offer some.  The kids will kick and run the bases so they will be getting wet.  Make sure they prepare for that.  There will be a slip n slide from third base to home plate.  If kids don't want to play they don't have to.  They are free to hang out with their friends on the field or in the dugouts.  

Mrs. Rozelle is helping me coordinate the event.  Her message is below.  Please, consider reaching out to her about helping with this party. I know she needs help with pizza. 

I'll be sending meet specific information soon.  Waiting on the heat sheets.  It's at Lamar HS arrive no later than 8:00.

It's only a few days until the championship meet! I hope the kids are excited. Thank you so much to everyone who has signed up to bring food or drinks to the party after the meet. We still need help with pepperoni pizzas, though.
