🚨 URGENT: Register Your Swimmer in Aktivate Today!

Parents, the clock is ticking! Every athlete must be registered in Aktivate (formerly RegisterMyAthlete) before they can participate in practices, meets, or competitions. Without this completed registration, your swimmer will not be cleared to compete.

Why is this important?

• UIL and HISD require full compliance before athletes can compete.
• Meet entries cannot be processed until registration is complete.
• Missing registration may prevent your swimmer from racing in upcoming meets.

What you need to complete

1. Go to HISD Athletics Registration Instructions.
2. Download and complete the required forms:
   • Physical Evaluation Form (PDF)
   • Insurance Waiver Form (PDF)
3. Log into Aktivate and upload the completed forms.
4. Confirm all electronic signatures and agreements are completed inside the system.

Tip: Double-check that your child’s physical is signed by a doctor and dated after April 15, 2024 — earlier dates are not valid for this season.
