2021 HISD District ONE Championships

Due to Covid 19 parents will not be permitted into the meet. Athletes will be provided bananas, granola bars, and water. (to donate email me directly [email protected]) Ensure athletes bring goggles, swim caps, and towel. Parents are welcome to park inside the garage during the meet and pick up their child after the meet there, however, the garage will be closed during the meet so if you aren't already in you will need to pick up at the circle driveway to the athletic building. Athletes will call 15 minutes before the meet is over. However, parents should plan to be at Lamar HS by 8:00 PM for pick up. All athletes attending school and virtual will be transported to Lamar HS by bus after school. Athletes must report directly to the natatorium by 4:05 PM. They will need to get their temperature checked and check in before boarding the bus. |

We will meet at the first floor of the parking garage at 5:15 sharp. Lamar is requiring us to enter the building at 5:30 PM exactly. Our Warm-Up time is 5:30 - 6:00 PM. The meet will start at 6:00 PM. I will have bananas, granola bars, and water for athletes (If anyone would like to help me by donating some of these items please email me.) Due to Covid parents will not be allowed to enter the meet unless helping volunteer. Swimmers will wear a mask when not swimming. |
